Buyers Quick to Secure New Subiaco Apartments

Date Published: 7/07/2011

Discerning buyers have been quick to secure apartments in North One – Subiaco’s newest boutique development – which was launched to VIP guests at Patersons Stadium last night (Weds July 6).

North One forms part of the $100 million residential, cafe and commercial hub known as Centro North which is just 200 metres from Subiaco train station, at the corner of Station Street and Salvado Road.

The 88-apartment development boasts a rooftop terrace, dining space, and chef-style kitchen known as The Loggia, an open-air cinema, residents lounge and patio, rooftop BBQ facilities, a gym, steam room and herb garden.

North One is being developed by Otan Property Funds Management and ISPT, built by leading WA property and construction group Pindan and designed by Sydney-based Smart Design Studio.

Pindan Realty sales consultant Matthew Smith said the launch evening saw a quarter of the development’s apartments reserved by buyers.

“We were thrilled to have 22 homebuyers and investors sign up to secure apartments in North One,” he said.

“The first-class location and facilities on offer with this development makes it a standout choice in lifestyle and investment and that is driving the strong demand.”

North One also features high-end business space.

The North One sales office is on-site and will be open from Saturday July 16.

The overall Centro North development will feature a cafe with alfresco area in an urban plaza, and peaceful landscaped areas.
