Subiaco’s newest luxury lifestyle development North One has been given the final tick of approval by the Subiaco Redevelopment Authority.
The boutique development is one of three buildings that form Centro North – a $100 million residential, cafe and commercial hub that lies just 200 metres north of Subiaco train station and is nestled between St John of God Hospital and the Subiaco Square shopping strip.
Featuring a heritage-listed backdrop in the beautiful St Joseph’s Church,
North One sits at the corner of Station Street and Salvado Road and blends stylish apartments with new boutiques and high-end business space.
It is being funded by Otan Property Funds Management and ISPT, built by
Pindan, and designed by Sydney-based architect William Smart from Smart Design Studio.
Pindan Realty sales consultant Matthew Smith said the official launch was now imminent.
“The finer details of what North One will encompass will be unveiled early next month at a VIP launch, with more than 700 people invited who have registered their interest in the 88 apartments in the development,” he said.
“Our sales office in Subiaco is in place and will be ready to go from mid July – and we are expecting to hit the ground running with a number of parties already keen to pay a deposit to secure their apartment of choice.
“Subiaco has long been recognised as one of Perth’s most cosmopolitan communities and it’s clear from the response we’ve had that many people want the enviable lifestyle that living there offers.”
The development will feature a gym and steam room, a residents’ lounge, outdoor BBQ and herb garden.
The overall Centro North development will feature a cafe with alfresco area in an urban plaza, and peaceful landscaped areas.
A mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, North One is one of Subi Centro’s last new developments.
