Refund policy Otan® is an Australian based company whose mission is to help people support their wellness goals. We are committed to providing the best product blends and service to our customers and this is reflected in our Refund Policy. Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at www.Otan.com.au Our Refund Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations. Change of mind 1. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Further, the merchandise must be: * in saleable condition; * unused with all original packaging; *returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable); * not subject to the exclusions listed below; and * the exchange or refund is sought within 14 days of purchase. Change of Address’s must be submitted within 1 hour of ordering with the subject ‘CHANGE OF ADDRESS 2. Otan®, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind. 3. Please choose carefully when purchasing packs that contain the e-books as we are not able to refund purchases (for change of mind) for those PRODUCTS with free e-books. *Consumer guarantees 4. If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. All our packets are sealed and packed. If you receive a packet that’s opened, if the seal is open or has been tampered with do not use the blend. Contact us immediately and return. We will exchange or refund. 5. If there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we will replace the item within a reasonable time. 6. Otan® will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Return tender 7. Refunds will be given using your original payment method 8. If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, Otan® has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped. Gift or bonus with purchase and bundled items 9. Where merchandise is purchased with a gift or bonus, the gift or bonus must also be returned (unless otherwise stated). If you are unable to return the gift or bonus, or it is not in saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus. 10. In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund. 11. Where items in the bundle cannot be returned (such as the e-books you will only receive a refund on the value of the merchandise as per this policy and at the discretion of Otan®. Privacy when making a return 12. Otan® is committed to protecting your privacy. 13. Information collected when returning merchandise will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time. It may be used for fraud protection activities and for the purpose of Otan® research and analysis. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments upon request, as required by law. Sales 14. If products are on sale they will not be refunded. 15. Tea blends /Herbs strength , colour and pigmentation can change from batch to batch . This is due to where it’s grown and sourced at the time . Herbs are Nature dependent and we cannot control this although we aim to stay as consistent as we can . Things like the rain , the sun , the weather can be a factor as well as availability . We will do our best to keep the batches high quality and organic. No guarantees can be made as to what happens with nature these are not standardised herbs they are dependent on natural forces and weather .
